Bad name great drill. Suicide Drills modified for soccer, using the field zone lines can rapidly accomplish several objectives. It has always resulted in a noticeable advantage. It develops stamina, speed, power, agility and psychologically engraves zones, making it easier to get players to play their position. Have every player do the drills in every zone so they are able to play and understand each others position and become aware of the mechanics of each zone. This helps with passing skills too because they'll know their teammates positions without looking. Don't forget to do it within the the goal area, especially with the goalie.
